PowerNex Management Consulting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022. Leveraging MEAN WELL Group’s 40 years of experience in manufacturing management consulting and system implementation, the company focuses on providing comprehensive ERP system management solutions. Our team consists of system developers and implementation consultants with extensive hands-on experience in system development and deployment.
With deep expertise in process rationalization, standardization, and digitalization, we aim to use our professional management consulting experience to support ESG partners. We assist partners with the implementation of information systems during the early stages of company setup, as well as planning and advisory services for various management processes, helping them overcome challenges encountered during establishment and growth.
